Monterey High School Haunted House and Golden Folk Concert - Our Monterey High School Music Production presents their 8th annual Haunted House Fundraiser at Monterey High School in the Music Building tonight (Saturday, October 24) and tomorrow (Sunday, October 25). All proceeds support the music program. Also, check out their Golden Folk Concert on November 8.

High School Parent/Teacher Conferences - Parent/Teacher Conferences are an important opportunity to connect, check in and work together to support your student’s success. Conferences provide families an opportunity to talk directly with teachers about their student’s academic progress, strengths, areas where additional support may be helpful, attendance and engagement, and ways families and schools can work together to help students stay on track. Families should be hearing directly from their student’s high school with additional information about conference schedules, how to participate and any school-specific details. High school students will be released early at 2:20 p.m. October 27 - 29, 2026.

LAST WEEK | Please Help Us: YouthTruth Survey - If you have not had an opportunity to share your feedback through our YouthTruth family survey, we encourage you to take time to take the SURVEY today! This is an important survey as we use the data in our day-to-day work, including professional development with our teachers and staff at the school and district levels. Thank you for your thoughtful input and time. It we do not hit the participant threshold per school site, the school will not receive a report to help guide their work. Please take 10 - 15 minutes this weekend to share your feedback.
